This list contains approximately 1800 different surnames covering more than 3000 Birth, Marriage, and Death notices from the Morning Telegram newspaper which was published in Plattsburgh, NY from 1881-1894. Most of the notices are Clinton County oriented with Essex, Franklin and St. Lawrence Counties also represented.
